1. Purpose
This Code sets out the standards of behaviour expected from every user of the Bharosa Hai Platform.
2. Applicability
Applies to visitors, registered users, users requesting services, posting reviews or communicating through the Platform.
3. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, maintain account security, use the Platform lawfully and respectfully.
4. Respectful Behaviour
Harassment, abuse, hate speech, threats, obscene or defamatory content are prohibited.
5. Honest Information
Users must not create fake accounts, impersonate others or submit false information.
6. Fair Use
Users shall not hack, disrupt, misuse or collect personal information without authorisation.
7. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews must be genuine, factual and respectful. Bharosa Hai may remove policy-violating content.
8. Privacy of Others
Users must respect the privacy of providers and other users.
9. Prohibited Activities
Fraud, fake documents, misuse of badges, illegal promotion and security violations are prohibited.
10. Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, termination or reporting to authorities.
11. Changes
This Code may be updated from time to time.
12. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Gurgaon, Haryana.
