1. What This Agreement Covers
This agreement governs your listing as a service provider on Bharosa Hai. By registering a provider profile, you accept these terms alongside our Provider Code of Conduct and Verification Policy.
2. The Platform's Role
Bharosa Hai is a service-provider discovery and connection platform. We help clients find and contact you. We do not provide professional services, do not supervise your work, and are not a party to any engagement between you and a client.
3. You Are Independent
You act as an independent professional. You set your own fees, decide which enquiries to accept, and are solely responsible for the services you deliver, your professional obligations, and compliance with all applicable laws and registrations.
4. No Commission
Bharosa Hai charges no commission on the work you do for clients. You keep 100% of what you charge. The platform earns only from optional premium subscriptions, which affect visibility and never verification status.
5. Verification & the Trust Badge
Listing is subject to verification of your identity and, where regulated, your professional registration. The Trust Badge is issued only after review and cannot be purchased. It may be withdrawn if credentials lapse or complaints are substantiated. See our Verification Policy for details.
6. Accurate Information
You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate — categories, service areas, qualifications and contact details. Misrepresentation may lead to removal.
7. Suspension & Removal
We may suspend or remove a profile for breaches of this agreement or the Provider Code of Conduct, on substantiated complaints, or where credentials cannot be verified.
8. Deactivation
You may deactivate or delete your profile from your dashboard at any time.
9. Limitation
Registration or presence on Bharosa Hai is not a guarantee of enquiries, leads, clients, business or income. Enquiry volume depends on your category, location, profile completeness and responsiveness.
