1. Agreement
This Agreement is between Bharosa Hai and the Service Provider. Electronic acceptance creates a binding agreement.
2. Purpose
Defines the rights, responsibilities and obligations of Service Providers using the Platform.
3. Independent Relationship
The Provider is an independent professional or business and not an employee, agent or partner of Bharosa Hai.
4. Registration Declaration
The Provider confirms that all information and documents submitted are genuine and accurate.
5. Verification
Bharosa Hai may verify documents and may approve, reject, suspend or revoke verification.
6. Provider Obligations
Maintain accurate information, comply with laws, provide professional services and treat users respectfully.
7. Fees & Subscription
Applicable registration, verification, subscription or promotional fees shall be payable as notified.
8. User Interaction
The Provider is solely responsible for pricing, negotiations, service delivery, taxes and legal compliance.
9. Confidentiality
Confidential user information shall be used only for legitimate service purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
Bharosa Hai's name, logo and platform content remain its exclusive property.
11. Reviews & Ratings
Fake reviews, manipulated ratings and misleading feedback are prohibited.
12. Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud or false information.
13. Limitation of Liability
Bharosa Hai acts only as a technology platform and is not responsible for services delivered by Providers.
14. Indemnity
The Provider agrees to indemnify Bharosa Hai against losses arising from breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
15. Amendments
This Agreement may be updated from time to time.
16. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Gurgaon, Haryana.
17. Electronic Acceptance
Clicking 'I Agree' has the same effect as acceptance of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by law.
