Starting from Mathura–Vrindavan, we hope to develop this journey step by step.
In everyday life, we often come across a need for which we do not immediately know whom to contact or where to find the relevant service provider. Sometimes we may need an Advocate, a CA, a CS, a Doctor, a Consultant, or someone for a local service requirement. The right professional may be nearby, but finding them at the time of need is not always simple.
To develop a simple and accessible digital platform that helps users discover relevant Service Providers according to their needs and location, while enabling Service Providers to present their services in an organised manner. We begin with Mathura–Vrindavan and Mathura District, learn from real requirements and develop the platform progressively.
To build an organised Service Provider Discovery (Khoj) & Connection ecosystem that can gradually reach more service categories, more locations and more people. The journey starts locally, with the possibility of growing step by step as the platform develops.

Looking at these everyday difficulties of both users and service providers, the idea of BHAROSA HAI took shape. It is an effort to bring both sides closer through a simple digital Service Provider Discovery (Khoj) & Connection Platform.
Every journey needs a beginning. For BHAROSA HAI, that beginning is Mathura–Vrindavan. Starting locally gives us an opportunity to understand the practical needs of users and service providers and develop the platform step by step.
