All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Bharosa Hai or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bharosa Hai acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for:
- The quality of services provided by Providers
- Any disputes between Users and Providers
- Any losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
